Announcement of Share-buyback Program (Pursuant to Article 211-3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of Japanese Commercial 凱旋門 賞 競馬 場)

Kansai Electric Power 凱旋門 賞 競馬 場., Inc. (the Company) announces that the board of directors today passed a resolution purchasing its own shares pursuant to Article 211-3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of Japanese Commercial Code.

1. Purpose of share-buyback

The share-buyback program will enable the Company to adopt timely and flexible capital policy measures in response to change in the business environment.

(3) Maximum amount of repurchase: 20,000 million yen
