Kansai Electric Power 凱旋門 賞 2018 ブック メーカー., Inc. (the Company) announces that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, the Company resolved to discontinue the purchase of its own shares, resolved pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Law of Japan as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 on April 27, 2011.
This is because our business environment has changed since the resolution of Share-buyback Program.
